TAG Property Management is a small rental management company that thrives on team work, building relationships, and finding solutions to problems our clients and tenants face. The successful applicant in this role will love to work with people and really enjoy offering great service and building relationships. You must be able to multi-task and keep track of changing work priorities.
Being a big team player is a must as well. We are a small office, and we often pitch in to help our team mates when it's needed! A positive attitude and friendly disposition is also a plus. Meeting the above qualities is much more important that having actual property management experience.
Here are some tasks that are completed by this role;
Conducting unit and building inspections to ensure they are maintained to a high quality standard.
Tenant Relations--Building great relationships with our tenants by problem solving for issues, addressing behaviour challenges, facilitating rent collection, and ensuring rental units and properties are well maintained.
Client Relations--Building great relationships with our clients by keeping them informed on what's happening with their properties and tenants, making recommendations for repairs and maintenance, providing documentation and answering questions.
Vendor Relations--Liase with our contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure great service is being carried out all around.
Administrative Facilitation--File management, document creation, and other behind-the-scenes administrative duties such as creating notices, leases, letters, memos, and keeping records of all important client and tenant interactions.
Tenant Placement--Help us find more great tenants! Answer inquiries, screen applications, show units, and overall tell tenants how great it is to rent from us!
Pay starts at $18 an hour for between 40-44 hours per week. You must have your own vehicle and full G driver's license. Hours are typically Monday-Friday but the occasional weekend and evening availability is needed to accommodate showings "after hours".
