Cleaner

Rental Rehabs Inc specializes in apartment renovation, maintenance, and ongoing care.  

We currently service a portfolio of 250 residences, which ensures that we always have something exciting going on! 

The purpose of this role is to support our growing property management company. 

• cleaning common areas of buildings weekly 
• cleaning of units on move-out 
• grounds keeping of buildings and homes including gardening, weeding, leaf cleanup, pressure washing, gutter cleaning etc. 
• touch up painting in units and common areas 
• grass cutting 
• spring/fall clean up of property exterior 

This role reports to the Operations Manager 

Preference will be given to candidates with cleaning experience. 

Must be able to work independently and have ability to work well in a team environment. 

Hours are 15-30 hours weekly 

Must be available on the 15th/middle of the month and 1stof the month for on-call cleaning regardless what day of the week that is .

Expected start date: ASAP
