Our team supports a busy growing property management business offering handyman services and apartment renovations.  

Rental Rehabs, our renovation arm of the company, always has something exciting going on. 

We anticipate needing several people in the coming days and weeks as we continue to grow and are looking for labourers to join our pool of available workers. 

These folks will help with demos, drywalling, flooring installation, painting, and more. 

Skills & Experience 

• General construction experience 
• Able to work in fast-paced environment 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines 
• Listen well, take direction, respect diversity 

Abilities & Qualifications 

• Paint walls and trim 
• Install windows, doors, kitchen cabinet assembly, etc. 
• General site clean-up, maintenance, dumpsters 
• Demolition work, removal of drywall, cutting of lumber 
• Installation of insulation, vapour barrier 
• Jobsite setup, tool setup, site logistics 
• Load, unload, and move construction materials to work areas 
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment 
• Mix, pour and spread materials 
• High attention to detail 

May include other duties. 

Must have own vehicle – Full G license required, hand tools, and steel toed boots 

Positive attitude and be able to take direction a must - 100% a must! 

Hours per week: 30-40 hrs Mon-Fri 

Locations vary – typically, but not limited to Cobourg, Colborne, Brighton 

Pay rate based on experience
